Regional Sales Manager

1. Sales & Business Development: Drive automotive sales in Latin America; develop/maintain partnerships with dealers, distributors, and key clients; execute sales strategies to achieve targets.

2. Customer Relationship Management: Enhance client satisfaction; resolve service requests and coordinate solutions.

3. Cross-functional Collaboration: Facilitate HQ-subsidiary communication; collaborate with service, logistics, and supply chain teams.

4. Marketing & Branding: Support local promotions (e.g., social media campaigns, auto exhibitions) to boost brand awareness.

5. Compliance & Profitability: Ensure adherence to import/export regulations, tax compliance, and certification requirements; optimize pricing and cost control.

6. Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.

Qualification：

1. More than 5 years of sales experience in the automotive industry (especially in export/import) are preferred. Experience in Latin America and other emerging markets is a plus, as well as strong adaptability and customer acquisition capabilities.

2. Familiar with the automotive market in Latin America and have local experience in sales, marketing, team building or industry resources are preferred. This helps accelerate market entry and growth.

3. Proficiency in Spanish & English (Chinese is a plus), with the ability to communicate effectively with overseas clients. Basic understanding of local culture and business etiquette is preferred.

4. Sensitive to cultural differences, can efficiently communicate across regions, and understand local cultural values, negotiation patterns, and communication styles are preferred.

5. Strong sense of market dynamics, the ability to create strategic sales and product plans, and proficiency in CRM tools and digital operations are preferred.
