Team Leader

We are currently seeking individuals to fulfil the Team Leader role on behalf of a client in Saudi Arabia.

Be part of the pre-opening team for a restaurant located in one of the most exceptional districts in Riyadh.


About the role:
As a team leader, it's crucial to prioritize tasks, organize them, and delegate them effectively to ensure a seamless dining experience for our guests.
You'll collaborate closely with other departments, including the kitchen, to meet all guests' needs and maintain our exceptional customer service standards.
Your duties involve overseeing the main restaurant, bar, and lounge, ensuring the timely fulfilment of various customer needs.
You'll attend tastings to update your knowledge of all menu items and offer accurate recommendations to customers. Additionally, you'll make sure that all front-of-house areas are clean and hygienic while developing expertise in wine and drink recommendations.
Finally, you'll train restaurant staff to meet our high standards and serve barista coffee in our lounge areas.

About you:
Proven work experience as a team leader in a luxury fine-dining restaurant (minimum of 2 years of experience).
Hands-on experience with cash register and ordering information system.
Attentiveness and patience for customers.
Fluent in English (mandatory)
Valid passport

About the package and benefits the client provides:
The monthly salary being offered for this position is USD 1700. The final offer will depend on the candidate's level of experience.
The company will provide accommodation in a furnished shared room and transportation.
The duty hours are 9 hours per day, 6 days per week.
The company will also provide health insurance and an annual return flight ticket to the employee's home country.
The contract period is for 2 years and is renewable.
Additionally, the company will provide the necessary visa for the employee.
1-month training.
