Wardrobe Supervisor

We are seeking a talented professional to serve as a Wardrobe Supervisor in KSA. This is an exciting and challenging role, in which the successful candidate will provide VVIPs with closet organization, clutter control, and a wardrobe filing system. She/he will have comprehensive knowledge in organizing techniques and will be an expert in time management. The ideal individual will also have strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Strong English language with previous experience in a similar role working for high profile individuals is preferred. Arabic language skills are a plus.

The Wardrobe Supervisor will ensure the following:
• Care and proper maintenance of all clothing articles, shoes and undergarments.
• Creation of a custom organization system and decluttering of all wardrobe spaces.
• Proper labelling, display, hanging, and storage of all pieces arranging it by theme, season, colour, etc.
• Creation and execution of a proper cleaning schedule for all garments, ensuring that the appropriate cleaning process is administered at regular intervals.
• Proper pressing or steaming of all articles of clothing so they are ready to be worn at any moment.
• Regular inspection of all items and coordination of any necessary repairs.
• Cataloguing of all wardrobes.
• Conduction of regular inventories of all wardrobes.
• Preservation of a visual aesthetic that is well presented, harmonious and pleasing.

Qualifications:
- University degree preferred
- Experience working within a similar role for a high-profile individual
- Minimum 5+ years in a similar role
- Expert level of written and oral English
- Strong organizational skills
- Team-player, with the ability to also be extremely effective independently
- Able to work under pressure
- Advanced in using different computer programs and software that are relevant to the role, including Microsoft Office.
