- DOMINIO DE TECNICAS DE CORTE, DESPOSTE Y PREPARACION DE PRODUCTOS CARNICOS.
- CORRECTA MANIPULACION DE ALIMENTOS, MANTENIENDO LAS NORMAS DE HIGIENES, LIMPIEZA Y SEGURIDAD.
- BUENA ATENCION AL PUBLICO, AMABILIDAD Y ORIENTACION AL CLIENTE.
- CAPACIDAD PARA MANTENER EL ORDEN, LA LIMPIEZA Y LA CORRECTA EXHIBICION DE LOS PRODUCTOS.
