Operate Talent is recruiting an Arabic-Speaking Talent Acquisition Specialist to support international recruitment projects connecting Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.
This role is designed for professionals who speak Arabic fluently and are based in Chile ideally within or connected to the Lebanese community. You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes for global clients, working across cultures, time zones, and markets.
This is an opportunity to combine your recruitment expertise with your cultural and linguistic background, contributing to high-impact international projects.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and shortlisting
• Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, and proactive sourcing
• Conduct interviews in Arabic, Spanish, and English
• Collaborate with international hiring managers and project stakeholders
• Evaluate candidates’ technical and soft skills based on role requirements
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and reporting
• Support employer branding and long-term talent pipeline development
Requirements
• Fluent Arabic (Lebanese dialect) – mandatory
• Native or fluent Spanish
• Professional-level English
• Proven experience in Talent Acquisition or Recruitment
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills
• Experience working in international or multicultural environments
• Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills
• Comfortable working remotely and independently in a freelance structure
Nice to Have
• Experience recruiting for international markets
• Background in tech, digital, or professional services recruitment
• Familiarity with ATS or LinkedIn Recruiter
• Connection to Lebanese or Middle Eastern professional communities in Brazil
