Analista de RRHH Internacional Bilingüe

En SGF Global, Líder proveedor de Talento Humano, estamos en búsqueda Analista de Recursos Humanos Internacional, Bilingüe, para trabajar en modalidad Híbrida 3x2 (Oficina en Providencia).
Funciones Principales: Gestión de Nómina y Documentación, generar Reportes de vacaciones, licencias médicas, pagos de PreviRed, Enviar recibos de pago a los trabajadores, entre otras.
Requisitos: Experiencia en Cálculo de Nóminas, finiquitos, Excel nivel avanzado en lo posible, Ideal conocimiento en Talana, ADP.


HR Analyst Functions
1.- Review of the reports sent to the accountant’s firm based on contracts, timesheets, updates from clients and account managers
2.- Review the payroll files to confirm that what was reported was paid correctly
3.- Review accuracy of the information reflected on the payroll files
4.- File documentation, making sure that all the folders of the employees are updated and the documentation in place
5.- Control Report of vacation, sick leave, and any other leave
6.- Terminations: conversations with the employees to explain what's happening and the process.
7.- Reports of payments to social security, public health care (if applicable) and any other mandatory in the country
8.- Receive the payroll news from the countries assigned by the HR Coordinator.
9.- Send payment vouchers to the collaborators, before being shared, they must be verified and protected with the security policies established by the company.
10.-Maintain updated labor legislation in the policies and guidelines of the HR Department (labor inclusion, salary updates, mandatory benefits of Law, Telework Law, Maternal and Parental Protection, among others).
11- Support and assistance in all HR activities.

PROFILE
HR Analyst:
Knowledge on labor law and payroll (at least 1 year, needs to be able to calculate payroll without a system).
Experience in HR reporting, conversations with employees, documentation filing (not to institutions but internally).
Experience Data Analysis (HR Reporting)
Open to learn about legislation and process in other countries.
Excel: Mid Level
English is a must
Oriented to order and working teams
Located in Chile (Preferred)
