A leading international brokerage with a dynamic office in Santiago is looking for an Account Manager. This role is tailored for individuals passionate about client relationship management and eager for career growth in a vibrant, global company. MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support, resolving issues, and delivering a premium customer experience through various channels including phone, email, and chat.
* Understand client needs and work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure these are fulfilled effectively and efficiently.
* Proactively identify opportunities for account growth and increased engagement, including upselling and cross-selling of products and services.
* Conduct regular reviews of account performance, presenting findings and recommendations to both clients and internal stakeholders.
* Ensure accurate and timely updating of client information in the database, maintaining a comprehensive record of all client interactions and transactions.
* Keep clients informed about new products, services, and promotional offers that could benefit their business.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
* Knowledge of English, with strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and internal teams.
* A client-focused approach, with a proven ability to manage and grow client accounts.
* Experience in account management, customer service, or a related field is highly desirable.
* Familiarity with the financial sector and investment products is beneficial but not mandatory.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the capability to handle multiple accounts and priorities simultaneously.
* A team-oriented individual who can also drive results independently.
