Design Coordinator

We’re looking for a talented, detail-oriented designer to lead the brand’s marketing narrative and actions. This includes maintaining and evolving our brand book, designing packaging and presentation materials, and coordinating closely with internal teams and global partners on campaigns, events and PR. In a fast-growing, international environment, you’ll play a key role in amplifying a brand that collaborates with leading luxury industries worldwide.


This role is for you if you:
Are a graphic or integral designer with 3–5 years of experience, strong aesthetic sensitivity, and strategic vision.
Have proven experience in Graphic design, marketing, communication, and branding; ideally in high-end industries.
Strong knowledge of programs within Adobe Creative Suite (Excellent editing skills).
Are motivated by working in a dynamic, high-growth company with global standards.
Are skilled at coordinating external teams and suppliers in different countries, delivering flawless results.
Have an advanced level of English (spoken and written) to work fluently with international brands and teams.
Are organized, autonomous, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize in fast-paced, challenging contexts.
Bonus (not required): Familiarity with AI tools for visual creation and content development.

Your key responsibilities will include:
Branding: Maintain and evolve Spora’s Brand Book and Brand Kit Manual, ensuring visual consistency across all materials and teams.
Design and update core brand assets including pitch decks, product catalogs, sample kits, packaging, trade materials, and digital assets.
Collaborate with the commercial and product teams to design visual content for marketing campaigns, events, and PR initiatives.
Leading the coordination of international suppliers and teams to deliver high-level projects with global brands, while managing the area’s budgets efficiently to meet objectives.
