The role.

As a Starshot Software LATAM IT Recruiter, you will work in a multidisciplinary team, using agile methodologies in order to achieve the best results, focusing your efforts on the continuous improvement and the quality. You will work in a nice and distended work environment.

About you.

Required three years of experience at IT Recruitment.
Good knowledge of the LATAM market.
Ability to talk in English in an efficient way.
You love learning about Human Resources, Recruitment and Technology.
Excellent social skills.
Awesome recruiter.

Bonus.

Experience working in other HR areas (compensation and benefits, generalist…).
IT Technical knowledge or experience.
Human Resources Master Degree.
