SAP Services specialist Inglés Fluído Oral y escrito

The SAP Services specialist participates in the implementation, administration and support of user access rights in the SAP landscape. Additionally she/he performs SAP system administration activities on the total SAP landscape.

KEY TASKS
• Implements Authorization roles, profiles and user access in the SAP landscape

• Provide on-going support in the authorizations area within the SAP landscape

• Works in coordination with the SAP domain specialists and developers to provide least required access to the business users for the on-going projects.

• Aligns with internal audit with respect to the group policies relating to in the access rights.

• Provides on-going basis support across the total SAP landscape (SAP ERP, SAP CRM, SAP BI/HANA etc)

• Ensures relevant project deliverables according to the SAP rollout planning

• Performs SAP Basis tasks including
o Change & Transport Management
o Job Management
o Printer/Spool Management
o Workload issues in SAP
o System Refresh/Copy & Client Copies
o System monitoring/SAP SOLMAN
o System Maintenance(stop/start, profile parameters etc)

• Works with external hosting partner ensuring smooth system operation

COMPETENCIES
- 2+ years experience
- SAP Basis
- SAP Authorizations
- SAP SOLMAN knowledge is a plus
- SAP HANA knowledge is a plus
- Oracle knowledge is a plus
- Linux/ Windows server
- Analytical Thinking/Reasoning
- Problem Solver
- Motivated team player
- Able to work independently when required
- Good Communication skills
- Fluent in English (Spoken & Written) - any other language is an asset
- MS-Office applications
- Eager to learn
