Principal Engineer

We are hiring of Principal Engineer!

Responsibilities

Develop and implement engineering solution
Lead and manage technical projects from conception to completion
Oversee and manage the design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions
Provide technical expertise and guidance to the engineering team
Coordinate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure successful project completion
Analyze engineering challenges and develop solutions
Monitor and assess the performance of the engineering team
Research and recommend new technologies, processes, and procedures


Skills

10+ years of experience in Software development.
Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field. -
2+ years of experience in team leadership
5+ years of experience in web development (CSS, HTML, JavaScript).
5+ years of experience in Django.
1+ years of experience in Kubernetes Development.
2+ years of experience in Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
3+ years of experience in System Design and Architecture.
Proficient in English (C1 level).
Proven track record of successful project management.
Strong technical and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and independently
Knowledge of engineering principles and best practices.
