Ops Lead

ROLE: OPS LEAD
Ops Lead is responsible for Production environment reliability, Incident management. This role needs knowledge in UNIX /Linux environment and good scripting skills in shell and python. Ops lead should have complete understanding of E-commerce environment, web infrastructure and Application Support Experience. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to dive into all aspects of the stack to identify and fix problems and Application Performance Monitoring tools knowledge also required for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Monitor the team for keeping the website up 24*7
·         Monitor the new alerts as needed in Grafana
·         Monitor custom alerts
·         Engage with Dev teams whenever required.
·         Monitor the team to fix the issues before the assigned SLA
·         Review the Root Cause Analysis
·         Monitor the Production Deployment
·         Monitor the health of a service through automation
·         Ensure onshore and offshore co-ordination.
 
PRIMARY SKILL SET: UNIX/SHELL SCRIPTING, SPLUNK, PYTHON SCRIPTING, DEVOPS
SECONDARY SKILL SET: PINGDOM, APP DYNAMICS, JENKINS
MINIMUM YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: 4 years
