- 6-40 Hours Weekly
- Up to CLP$12.696/hr Gross Pay (CLP$11.696/hr Gross Base Pay + $1.000/hr extra available immediately in bonuses for demonstration of grammar mastery and English fluency)
- Up to CLP$50.000 bonus if your student renews after your course finishes

Your Role & Impact
- Facilitate transformative one-on-one and group English lessons
- Rigorously track student achievements and maintain meticulous class records
- Deliver constructive, actionable feedback on assignments
- Nurture lasting customer relationships
- Opportunity to conduct Demo Sessions for additional pay

What Sets You Apart
- Fluent in English with the ability to communicate at a level comparable to those from English-speaking countries, including fluency, accent, and sophisticated vocabulary
- TEFL certificate adds sparkle to your application
- Prior online teaching experience is a plus but not essential
- If you've read Doug Lemov's "Teach Like a Champion", we want to talk
- Tech-savvy with Zoom, Slack, and Google Docs
