Position: Senior Business Partner - Human Resources

Location: Santiago

A leading Retail company with a strong commitment to excellence in human resources and talent development is seeking an exceptional professional to join their team as a Senior Business Partner in the Human Resources department

Key Responsibilities:

- Organizational Development: Collaborate with company leaders to design and implement organizational development strategies that foster a positive and high-performance work environment.

- Recruitment and Selection: Manage and lead recruitment and selection processes to ensure we hire top talent aligned with our values and goals.

- User Support: Be the primary point of contact for employee needs and concerns, providing exceptional service and effectively resolving any HR-related inquiries.

- Training: Identify employee training needs and collaborate in designing and implementing development programs that enhance their skills and contribute to the company's growth.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
Demonstrated experience of at least 5 years in similar HR roles.
Strong knowledge of Organizational Development, Recruitment and Selection, User Support, and Training.
Advanced level of English.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Results-oriented and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
