HR and Office Manager

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Oversee the efficient operation of the office, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities.
* Manage human resources responsibilities, including recruitment, training, and development of staff.
* Implement and maintain office management procedures and systems, ensuring high levels of organizational effectiveness.
* Drive the adoption and improvement of HR policies, aligning with the company's values and compliance requirements.
* Facilitate internal communication, ensuring that all staff members are informed of important updates and policies.
* Organize company events, workshops, and team-building activities to promote a positive and collaborative work culture.
* Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
* Manage office budgets and expenses, optimizing costs where possible.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for office maintenance, mailing, supplies, equipment, and IT infrastructure.

CANDIDATE PROFILE
* A diploma or degree in Business Management, HR Management, or related fields.
* Proven experience as an office manager, HR manager, or in a similar role within a corporate environment, preferably in the FinTech sector.
* Proficiency with technology, including MS Office suite, and familiarity with HRIS systems.
* Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
* Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
* A proactive problem-solving approach and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of maintaining strong relationships.
* Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
