Asset & Development Assistant - Chile

Grassy Creek, LLC is seeking an Asset & Development Assistant to provide administrative support in a well organized and timely manner regarding asset development at our Chilean properties. This role will act as the point of contact between the Asset & Development Team and internal/external client, maintaining project schedules and communicating regularly with the team regarding project and property needs. This position requires 3+ years previous experience in an administrative role, fluency in English and Spanish, and must live in close proximity to Puerto Varas, Puerto Montt, or be willing to relocate. The ideal candidate will possess excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suite, and exemplary planning and time management skills. This a full time, year round position.
