Assistant Manager

Responsibilities

- Planning, scheduling and supporting the day-to-day operational and administrative functions of the director and manufacturing and warehousing managers.
- By consolidating regional reports, related to: Safety, KPI's, Cost and Quality.
- The assistant must keep the integrated management system (IMS) of the region up to date, issuing monthly update reports.
- The assistant must coordinate meetings, prepare minutes and follow up on commitments made.
- The position requires keeping strict control of travel, taxis and other expenses associated with exceptional transfers and transport, reporting monthly on their use and associated expenditure.
- Control the holiday plan of the region, ensuring that there are no parallel absences that may affect the processes, if so, immediately inform the Director.

Requirements
- Professional Technician in Administration or similar career (4 years of career).
- Relevant: 10 years of experience, providing administrative support to executives and managers in the mining, manufacturing or similar industries.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Intermediate
- Advanced English
