Sr Marketing Director

We are looking for an accomplished Director of Marketing who could drive strategic and tactical marketing for Sterlington, including communications, processes, and program support and shall work directly with Ownership on fulfilling the vision for the future of marketing.
This is a remote (telecommuting) position, which may be part-time or full-time depending on the candidate.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute marketing plans and programs to increase the company's market-share and revenue objectives.
Responsible for Corporate branding, marketing positioning, designing and implementing advertising and other promotional campaigns.
Responsible for website development as well as market research and analysis.
Collaborate with business partners to develop content, co-branding and co-marketing plans, and budget.
Develop long-term marketing vision and successfully execute both long- and short-term strategy and tactics to drive marketing team.
Provide thought leadership and operational oversight and execution of direct marketing strategies including email and direct mail marketing. website experience, social media, affiliates and more.
Partner with Sales to develop strategies to convert leads/prospects to customers using appropriate creative, frequency and messaging efforts. Combine email and mail touches with appropriate outreach from Sales to maximize conversion rates.
Partner with IT to scope and roadmap marketing technologies to drive leads that drive business results.
Requirements:
Proven data driven direct marketing success - demonstrated ability to create winning strategies that build revenue.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Management.
10+ years of relevant experience and progressive growth with B2B customers in the professional services industries (legal, financial, etc.).
Marketing technology background and/or interest highly desired.
