Keteka is an online marketplace where travelers can book genuine, authentic experiences with validated local guides, and where local guides can get the online exposure they need to be successful.
We’ve been through Start-Up Chile Seed and Scale, and are members of the Agora Fellowship network. We currently have an inventory of 1500+ tours in 16 countries throughout LatAm, and are backed by Magma Partners, and a handful of passionate angel investors.

Keteka is an online marketplace for genuine, authentic, local experiences. We are where travelers go to find and book validated genuine experiences throughout LatAm, and where excellent local guides can get the online exposure they need to be successful. We are looking for a talented Digital Marketing & SEO specialist who can not only execute current initiatives, but can also provide technical leadership, expertise, and oversight for the company. The ideal candidate will have both technical expertise, and a creative mindset that results in innovative, scalable solutions.

Santiago, Chile
Duration:
Starting date: As soon as possible
Duration: 3 month trial period - indefinite full-time position after that
Compensation:
800.000 CLP/month (approx. $1200 USD)
Performance-related bonus
Possibility of equity allocation
Can lead to full-time digital marketing role
Roles & Responsibilities:
Create and manage AdWords and Bing Ads search campaigns
Create and manage AdWords display campaigns
Do keyword research to find new sales, search, and content opportunities
Create landing pages (focus on the page structure, rather than the content)
Create content strategy (we have a network of freelance writers to do the writing)
Link building
Identify new market opportunities
Guide the SEO structure of the website redesign (basic on-page SEO + Schema Markup)
Maintain rankings and organic traffic during site redesign transition
Required Profile and Skills:
Either native English and good Spanish or native Spanish and very good English (almost all customers contact us in English and we speak to most tour operators in Spanish)
Extensive experience doing keyword research
Extensive experience with on-page SEO
Extensive experience with search network campaigns
Experience with link building
Extensive experience with Google Analytics
Up-to-date knowledge of SEO
Bonus experience:
Experience digital marketing in the travel space
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JS
Basic understanding of Design and photo editing tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, or Sketch
Experience with:
YouTube Video Ads
Facebook Ads
Gmail display campaigns
Experience with SEM Rush
