Responsibilities:

As Project Engineer, you’ll be responsible for:

*Obtaining and collating all pre-start information for internal issue prior to site start as noted on Engineering Summary.
*Liaising with Commercial Department and assisting with initial upload to CONJECT document management system and thereafter maintain Engineering Section with current drawings.
*Preparing site compound and sales centre levels and setting out plans to be included within relevant technical packs.
Registering new sites with energy provider including obtaining MPAN & MPRN information from utility infrastructure company.
*Providing plot levels plans for use by sales as part of plot reservation procedure.
*Obtaining Road Bonds.
*Assisting in the CDM
*Liaising with Site & Sales Operatives, Consultant Engineer and Regulatory Authorities.
*Uploading all engineering information to the NHBC extranet and discharging conditions to allow plots to obtain CML in line with plot hand-over dates. This includes obtaining environmental validation reports from relevant engineer.
*Providing the Engineering Manager with regular progress and reports on individual sites and advise of any issues that may require further investigation or attention.
*Identifying potential design improvements during the construction period of the development.
*Adoption of roads, drainage, water and BT infrastructure at end of development.

Essential Requirements:

To join us, we’re looking for:

*House building experience directly or within a Consultant Engineer environment.
*Experience in design utilising AutoCAD, PDS and WinDES is essential.
*Able to manage workload and prioritise either within a team environment or working alone.
*Working time will be spent at different office locations so a willingness to be away from home is required.

*HND or degree in an associated discipline.
*Autodesk Revit experience
