Full stack Ruby Developer- US StartUp

GroupRaise is a US based fundraising platform that allows users to search for local restaurants to host fundraisers where the restaurant will donate back a percentage of sales to their organization.

GroupRaise is seeking a strong full-stack developer with a front-end focus to work alongside our marketing and sales teams in Santiago to augment everything we do. You will also be working closely with our dev team in the US in the process.

What you'll be doing:
Designing web pages for, and iteratively improving on, user funnels.
Creating and maintaining tools to help our marketing and sales teams in their access to, and understanding of, analytics data.
Improving the amount and quality of analytics data and insights available to these teams.
Assisting in the rollout and improvement of a data-driven, top-tier email marketing toolchain.
Interface with the marketing and sales teams to distill their creative visions and into concrete technical implementations.
Devising your own creative solutions to their needs in these areas.
Working with an international team of incredibly talented people.

What you should have:
2 - 3 years of experience in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
Strong experience and knowledge in core web application front-end technologies: HTML, CSS3 and JavaScript. React.js experience preferred, others accepted.
Basic understanding of SQL (of course more is always better).
Experience with modern web development practices: data-driven iteration, automated testing, cross-browser testing, pull request-based workflows.
Interest in playing with large sets of data from disparate sources.

Some major bonus points:
Prior experience in front-end A/B testing and/or landing page design.
Experience integrating data from multiple third party services and deriving insights from them.
An understanding of various methods for displaying quantitative information (e.g. when is a bullet graph appropriate and when is it not?).
Any detailed knowledge about email. Example include deliverability factors (bounces, IP reputation, domain settings) or the idiosyncrasies across display clients (GMail, Outlook and Apple Mail).
Understanding of digital marketplace businesses or prior experience in growth-stage startups.
Experience in a company that used either SEO or content marketing as a primary channel.
