IT Chile Job Description

Job Overview
Administers and supports all aspects of personal computers and related peripheral devices in accordance with IT policies and procedures. This person will work in our Sunsweet Production Plant in Sant Cruz, Chile and serve as primary IT support contact for our Chile plant.
Reporting to management in Chile. Indispensable are interpersonal skills, excellent disposition, multitasking, strong collaboration skills, teamwork, ability to teach, resolute and high sense of ethics and confidentiality.
We are looking for a young professional with a learning mentality, proactivity, collaboration and resolution capacity. The company offers training, internships with the IT team at the headquarters in Yuba, California, USA.
The position is for a single professional, with a focus on networking, with multi-functional characteristics.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Network and server administration
• Installing and supporting Network equipment.
• End User support/Desktop user support in a medium sized environment.
• Windows operating systems, including server.
• Installing and supporting a variety of Windows applications.
• Desktop, laptop and server class hardware.
• Supporting web based applications.
• Office printer support.
• ERP end user support.
• DNS/DHCP admin
• Active Directory Administration.
• Wired and Wireless LAN administration.
• WAN support.
• Manage IT Suppliers.
• IT projects support for Chile.
• Manage and supporting Cameras System and Access Control System.
• Office 365 end user support.
• A\V setup and support.

Qualifications
Exclusive requirement: Advanced English and Passport

Education:
• 2 year college degree or equivalent in MIS, Computer Systems or other relevant major
• Computer Engineer
• Network administration Engineer/Technician

Required Experience:
• Network administration
• End User support/Desktop user support in a medium sized environment
• Windows operating systems, including server
• Installing and supporting a variety of Windows applications
• Desktop, laptop and server class hardware
• Supporting web based applications
• Office printer support
• Project Management
• VMware

Preferred Experience:
• Experience in a food packaging plant or industrial environment
• VOIP phone systems
• Forklift mounted tablets/PCs
• Active Directory
• Industrial Scales
• Tag printer/pallet tag/industrial printer support
• VOIP phone systems.

Salary:
• Depending on the adjustment to the position, the salary offered is from 2.2 to 2.5 MM.
