We are looking for a User support hero - the voice of the project. The one who solves problems. People from all around the world will come to you for help and care, as you are their guide in the new environment they’re getting used to. This environment expands and changes constantly. It’s volatile. You’re the one who people trust, and your job will be to to grow and maintain that trust.
To do that, it’s necessary to have strong desire to work in customer support.

Key responsibilities:
- Respond in English and Portuguese to our users via designated support interface
- Stay updated with our product, its features and functionality and how our users experience it
- Reveal your capabilities, since here’s a lot to do, improve and create.

Qualifications and experience:
- Fluency in written English
- Good problem-solving skills
- Technical background would be a major advantage
