Position at a Glance
This position is within the existing Talent Acquisition team, supporting internal clients during all stages of the recruitment process, including identification, screening, and assessment of candidates with a background primarily in Financial Services and Data Analytics located in Latin America and globally.
This role plays a critical part in ensuring our company is hiring the best possible talent by filling vacancies with internal and external candidates while applying best practices in full life-cycle recruitment.
Responsibilities may include the following:
• Providing end-to-end accountability on talent acquisition (TA) processes, actively supporting the company’s business development and success, matching great candidates with great available roles
• Fulfilling the role of advisor and building a partnership with internal clients, providing guidance on TA processes and best practices as well as clear direction on expectations, roadblocks, and timings
• Building a partnership and working alongside the Business HR and HR Compliance teams to provide support and comply with the processes
• Keeping a thorough record of each TA process
• Maintaining a “continuous improvement” mindset to face all TA challenges, including actively proposing improvements and upholding efficiency and effectiveness on all TA processes
• Identifying and attracting active & passive talent using various available sourcing channels (job portals, social networking, with a focus on LinkedIn)
• Conducting prescreening interviews and coordinating further assessment steps
• Tracking candidate information and sharing regular status updates with the involved stakeholders
• Preparing and sending offer packages as well as assisting in reference and background checks for potential employees while assuring adherence to established TA processes
• Assisting in TA-related administrative tasks
• Identifying and testing new sourcing channels

Qualifications and Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in human resources, psychology, or similar
• 1-2 years of experience in the recruitment field
• Exceptional communication skills in English and Spanish; both written and spoken
• Proactive approach and ability to show ownership
• Good time management skills and capable of working under high pressure
• Proficient in MS Excel and Outlook
