Ops Analyst

ROLE: Ops Analyst
Ops Analyst requires Proficiency in UNIX /Linux environment and good scripting skills in shell and python. This role requires understanding of E-commerce environment and Application Support Experience. This associate should have strong grasp of Web Infrastructure and focused on Production Reliability. Besides these, monitoring and regular review of Metrics, Incident response, Mitigation are the responsibilities of this role. Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to dive into all aspects of the stack to identify and fix problems and Application Performance Monitoring tools knowledge also required for this role.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
·         Responsible for keeping the website up 24*7
·         Setting up new alerts and monitors as needed in Grafana
·         Setting up custom alerts
·         Engage with Dev teams whenever required.
·         Need to fix the issues before the assigned SLA
·         Root Cause Analysis
·         Production Deployment
·         Monitor the health of a service through automation
·         Investigate automated alerts for services
·         Restore Service
·         Determine the root cause of service incidents
·         Access management
 
PRIMARY SKILL SET: UNIX/SHELL SCRIPTING,SPLUNK, PYTHON SCRIPTING, DEVOPS
SECONDARY SKILL SET: PINGDOM,APP DYNAMICS,JENKINS
MINIMUM YEAR OF EXPERIENCE: 3
