This time we are hiring for the summer season, December 2022 to April 2023, for our lodge in Palena.

Position Purpose
- Provide anticipatory service of the highest standard to all guest
- Manage small and large details related to guest requests and communicate necessary follow-up with pertinent staff
- Work to further the Eleven product by questioning operational norms, proposing solutions, and striving to innovate and streamline the Eleven operation in Palena

Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Tasks
- Deliver excellent guest service during all meals and throughout the day. This includes supporting the culinary team during all meals and during special events as well as serving, bartending, being a barista, doing dishes, setting up and breaking down
- Support shuttles as a driver and to guide guests on long trips sharing facts about the surroundings.
- Thoroughly and professionally communicate with all team members in person, or by email, text and telephone
- Complete all daily assigned checklists
- Deliver on direction from varying managers and juggle multiple tasks at one time
- Help manage back of the house inventory through tracking, organization, ordering and restocking
- Operate and fully understand in-house technology systems
- Help maintain the interior and exterior of the property. This will include general maintenance, landscaping, upkeep of all equipment, and attention to decor.
- Learn to follow standard operating procedures.
- Track receipts from guest and property purchases by properly labeling and filing

- Previous experience in hospitality/guest-facing environments
- Willing to work specifically to meet guest needs – early mornings and late evenings if need be
- Knowledge of the Fishing and outdoor equipment to understand guest requirements

Work Requirements
- Valid driver’s license
- Flexible work schedule
- Must be able to repeatedly lift to 25 kg
