Support Engineer (SIN EXPERIENCIA, INGLES EXCLUYENTE)

Summary
MC+A is looking to expand its core team with a Technical Support Representative for its Santiago office. As a Support Engineer you will interact with MC+A clients to provide technical support to users about our products and services. You will focus on software maintenance and development, resolving client inquiries and troubleshooting problems.

Basic Qualifications

Technical experience or BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, IT or similar
0 -1 years experience in similar positions (Mandatory)
Must have strong English language communication skills (written and verbal) (Mandatory)
Basic spanish and portuguese are a plus.
Responsibilities
Provides answers to clients by identifying problems, researching answers, guiding client through corrective steps.
Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
Participates in development of client training programs by identifying learning issues, recommending instructional language.
Accommodates client disabilities by recommending devices and techniques.
Avoids legal challenges by monitoring compliance with service agreements.
Improves system performance by identifying problems, recommending changes.
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, maintaining personal networks.
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
